There are 2 upcoming dates for this training course online, which has for target audience the persons who work with the elderly. This training is based on a large clinical experience, additional training on best practices and a review of recent literature.
Objectives:
- To recognize the different types of dementia.
- To identify the behavioral and psychological manifestations of dementia.
- To predict the occurrence of BPSD.
- To reduce by 85% agitation behaviors (wandering, intrusion, resistance to care, aggressive outbursts, suspicion of theft, crying, repetitive vocalization, etc.)
- To demonstrate adequate skills while caring for people with dementia
- To develop communication modes and prevention strategies.
This training is free and eligible for the per diem rate of 50$ per person once we receive the record of attendance from the trainer. To register, contact the trainer and provide the name of the RI, the names of the persons you wish to sign up for, and your phone number and e-mail address. Once your registration is confirmed, simply fill out the request form and send it by e-mail to formation@arihq.com.
